It is the policy of Handpicked Hampers Ltd to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. It is our policy that we do not exchange or refund personalised items or special orders except where the item is faulty. We do accept returns and items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.


You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to the dispatch date.


If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please email within 14 days of your order to discuss a refund or replacement.

The full value of the hamper will be refunded on receipt of undamaged/unopened goods. Any products we receive back that are open or damaged will not be refunded.

Handpicked Hampers Ltd will not be responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Incorrect or damaged items

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us so we can rectify this. Please do not destroy or throw away any products before you have spoken to the customer service team as this may affect your refund or replacement as we may require proof.

Complaints procedure

We pride ourselves on having high levels of customer service and take complaints very seriously. We have strict procedures in place to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively.

If you have a complaint please e-mail We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within a maximum of 48 hours, providing a resolution to the complaint or at the very least a timescale for such resolution (you will of course be kept fully informed of its progress if this is the case). All complaints will be kept strictly confidential.
